Responsibilities

  • Ensuring total compliance to the company’s laid down policies, rules and regulations
  • Training staff in line with general restaurant procedures
  • Maintaining safety and ensuring compliance with food quality standards at all times
  • Ensuring customers’ satisfaction are always maintained and complaints are handled in most efficient manner
  • Organizing employees’ work schedules and ensuring strict adherence to duty rota
  • Keeping track of employees’ working hours
  • Managing inventory to ensure there’s no shortage of supplies while staying within approved budget limit
  • Supervising daily shift operations
  • Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
  • Appraising staff performance
  • Interviewing/recruiting new employees
  • Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
